We would like to thank Rhonda, Kim, Paul, The Tourism Dept, City of Carrollton and all the people behind the scene that made it possible. If you missed this years competition you missed out, they had a great setting right on the river and made everyone feel welcome. We can see this competition getting bigger and better in the coming years, Thanks again for a great time. This has the potential to be a top notch event, and should be on the calendar for every barbeque team that is considering doing a competition in this neck of the woods next year. I am looking forward to next year, myself! thank you!!!
